ThermOmegaTech’s Plumbing Division Announces New Roles/Promotions
ThermOmegaTech®, a leader in thermostatic valve technology, announces a promotion and a new role alignment within our Commercial Plumbing (CP) team that will strengthen support for representatives, engineers, contractors, and customers nationwide.

New Roles/Promotions Announced
Josue Vazquez will now serve as Commercial Plumbing National Sales Manager, overseeing sales in United States and Canada. His goal is to advance the industry’s understanding of the benefits of thermostatic technology and expand the network of engineering firms specifying CircuitSolver and DTV as the basis of design.
His expertise in centralized domestic water systems and balancing methods supports engineers and contractors throughout the Eastern United States and the Greater Toronto Area and Quebec. “I am excited to step into the new role and continue to use my engineering knowledge and experience to support all our representative-partners,” he says.
Vazquez is Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) and an active member of ASPE Young Professionals, ASA Emerging Leaders, and AIM/R. Before joining ThermOmegaTech, he spent 12 years as a plumbing and fire protection engineer designing healthcare and high-rise projects.
Daniel Kovac is stepping into the role of Commercial Plumbing Business Unit Manager, responsible for sales performance, profitability, and the strategic direction of the division. He will lead cross-functional teams and manage daily operations to achieve financial and operational goals, while also guiding national account initiatives.
Daniel began his career in commercial plumbing in 2019 with Kansas City–based manufacturer Striem, where he spent six years as a Regional Product Educator. During that time, his focus was educating plumbing engineers and design teams with a passion for helping industry professionals design the highest-performing systems and solve their real-world challenges. Daniel is also a member of the Kansas City ASPE Chapter and AIM/R.
Joining the CircuitSolver team was a natural next step, allowing him to bring those relationships and hands-on experience to a company whose innovative products and commitment to service align with his values.
“It’s an exciting time for ThermOmegaTech and our Commercial Plumbing team,” said Daniel Kovac. “I’m honored to step into this new role as we build on our momentum of innovation and superior performance. With Josue leading daily operations and working closely with our Rep-Partners, I’m focused on driving long-term growth and ensuring we continue to lead the industry in thermostatic technology and customer support.”
ThermOmegaTech® is excited to have Josue and Daniel in these expanded leadership roles to better serve its customers. The mission is to raise awareness of how thermostatic valves have helped thousands of engineers and contractors across North America balance domestic hot water recirculation systems efficiently with CircuitSolver® – the market’s first and leading thermostatic balancing valve.
